Headquartered in Kiev, Ukraine , NetPlan is an independent provider of systems engineering, network services and technical outsourcing for the wireless carriers and vendors.

Wireless networks serve delivering voice, data and advanced services to millions of customers worldwide. As the demand and number of subscribers of wireless network increases , creative solutions are needed to keep pace, save costs and allow for growth and expansion.
